With the conversion of the stadium operating partnership into a joint stock company and the agreed increase in share capital the foundations have been laid for placing the Stadium An der Alten Försterei into diverse ownership. Only Union Berlin members and contractually committed sponsors have the right to subscribe. The maximum possible acquisition has been limited to ten shares per person. During the subscription period from 1st to 31st December 2011 a maximum of 10,000 shares will be available for sale.
By buying a share you are choosing to support the continuation of what in German professional football is a unique concept of involvement and co-determination by the members and sponsors of a club. You will be making a valuable contribution to the preservation of original football culture and writing a new page of football history in Germany.
